Here's the Deal: Unopened Tins Only: To keep things fresh and safe, we can only accept returns of unopened tins with their seals intact. Think of it like a treasure chest – once opened, the magic's gone!


Snap a Pic: If your tin arrived looking a bit worse for wear, send us a quick photo. It helps speed things up!

Replacements or Refunds: You choose! We're happy to send a replacement within 7 days or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

A Few Exceptions:

1. Opened Tins: For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns of opened or tampered-with tins.
2. Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or as part of a special promotion are final sale.
